Q. How much is delivery? A. For smooth and efficient logistics, RARE ships all products directly from our factory based in the Asia-Pacific region to customers worldwide. To provide the best value, we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all items.
Q. How long is delivery? A. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Order processing takes 1-3 business days. After that, international shipping takes approximately 5-14 business days.* *Please note that for some countries, delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order? A. You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please send us your change or cancellation request within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled, so please double-check your order before placing it.

Customs & Duties
Q. Do I have to pay customs fees? A.
  • International: Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. For items shipped directly from our Asia-Pacific factory, any duties and taxes owed will be billed directly to the customer by the global carrier.
  • South Korea: Orders under 150 USD are not subject to customs duties.
  • Japan: Orders under 10,000 JPY are not subject to customs duties.
  • USA: There are no taxes or duties payable if your order is under 800 USD.
  • EU: All orders are inclusive of duties and taxes, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
  • Canada: Taxes may be payable on orders over 22 CAD.
  • U.K: For items valued at £135 or less, there is generally no customs duty, but VAT may be charged separately.

Q. I entered the wrong address. Can I change it? A. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. An address change is only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. If your item has already been shipped, we cannot change or re-route your product, and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are correct before purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Q. What is your return & exchange policy? A. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 14 days with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is for the health and protection of our customers. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • Custom-made items are also non-refundable (unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival).
